Class 1 HGV Driver – Hit the Road with Dottie’s Haulage Ltd!
Based in Barnsley | Family-Run Firm

We’re looking for HGV Class 1 drivers who are ready to go the distance – literally. If you enjoy life on the road and want steady, long-term work with a supportive team behind you, this is your next move.
The Role:
Job Title: Class 1 HGV Driver (C+E Licence Required) with nights out.
Location: Barnsley-based (nationwide UK work)
Shifts: Monday to Friday with night outs (not guaranteed all week) (some weekends optional)
Night Out Allowance: Paid per night out
What You’ll Do:
Flatbeds, curtains, step frames, lowloaders, & containers.
Nationwide deliveries & collections with overnight stays
Maintain vehicle checks and compliance standards
Keep a tidy cab and professional attitude on every job
Represent the company with pride while on the road
What You’ll Need:
Full Class 1 (C+E) licence with a minimum of 6 months license.
Valid CPC and Digi Tacho card
Experience with nights out preferred.
A strong work ethic and a flexible, can-do attitude
Ability to work independently while keeping in touch with the team
What You’ll Get:
£14PH Guaranteed for 50Hrs Per Week.
£15PH after 50Hrs.
£26.20 Per Night Out.
£16 PH Saturdays Guaranteed for 4Hrs Minimum.
£18 PH Sundays.
ADR £15 Paid Per Load (if applicable)
Stable, ongoing work with a respected local haulier.
Well-maintained trucks.
Paid night out allowance.
Supportive and down-to-earth transport office.

PART TIME CASUAL HGV CLASS 1 DRIVER

The Role:
Job Title: Class 1 HGV Driver (C+E Licence Required) with possibly one nights out
Location: Barnsley-based (nationwide UK work)
Shifts: To be discussed on interview – flexibility with holiday cover is possible
Night Out Allowance: Paid per night out
What You’ll Do:
